Say hello to Niklas Lundbäck, one of our talented Principal Consultants at Epical! 

Niklas joined our Digital Trust team in Stockholm this March and now we've had a chance to hear more about his take on life as a consultant, what he enjoys the most, and why he chose Epical. Here’s a glimpse into his world:

🧡 What's your role at Epical?

I am working as a Principal Consultant within the Digital Trust team. I am working full time at my customer and try to work from our nice office during Thursdays.

🧡 Why did you choose to become a part of Epical? 

I had a few offerings and chose Epical due to a easy to understand and direct offer, the nice people that I met at the office and during interviews. All together Epical employees shared an aura of warmth, simplicity, and a willingness to do good. I liked the idea of working from the center of Stockholm. It was also important to be able to have vacation already the first year of employment.

In addition to all that was Epical offerings including both data integrations and identity solutions that combined my previous work experience from system development and security industry. A perfect fit for me to feel comfortable. On top of that I was able to choose my favourite computer and phone brand. Those things matters when you enjoy technology. 

🧡 What's your favourite thing about your job in general?

I love to manage deliveries that the customer is not capable of doing on their own. To understand the issues and help them to structure and prioritize task to solve their situation, bit by bit. Advice a solution, and deliver the best possible result. I like the thrill when being uncertain initially, manage the situation and getting a satisfied customer.
