Supporting performance and work ability discussions
Participating in and supporting change negotiations
Managing compensation & benefits processes
Handling HR operations across the employee lifecycle (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, HR data)
Driving and supporting HR projects and process improvements
Acting as Work Safety Manager and leading the Occupational Health & Safety committee
Acting as back-up for payroll in Finland
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who combines structure with a “doer” mindset, a person who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building relationships, and making an impact through HR.
To succeed in this role, you likely have:
3+ years of experience working in HR
A university degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or similar
Strong knowledge of Finnish employment law (Swedish employment law is a plus)
Experience working with compensation & benefits
Fluency in Finnish, Swedish, and English (spoken and written)
Experience supporting and advising managers
We also believe you are:
A strong relationship builder who quickly earns trust
A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive team dynamic
Structured and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive and solution-oriented, you take initiative and get things done
