What the role is all about
We are looking for a highly ambitious and commercially driven Strategic Key Account Manager to accelerate growth within a portfolio of our most strategic enterprise clients in Sweden.
This is not a traditional account management role focused on maintenance. This is a true growth role. You will actively identify, create, and close new business opportunities, expanding Epical’s footprint across Data & Analytics, Integration, Digital Trust and Digital Transformation services. Many of your accounts currently engage with only parts of our capabilities, making the untapped potential substantial and a core part of your mission.
You will operate as both a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and a proactive dealmaker, driving cross functional sales initiatives and positioning Epical as a strategic partner across the full value chain.
Key responsibilities
• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts with clear accountability for revenue growth, pipeline and profitability
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with customer strategy and Epical’s growth ambitions
• Proactively identify, create and pursue cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across Epical’s service portfolio
• Build and expand multi‑level stakeholder relationships, including C‑level and senior decision‑makers
• Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles in close collaboration with delivery teams, solution experts and partners
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and contract expansions
• Establish strong customer governance models to ensure satisfaction, transparency and long‑term value
• Maintain a strong and active pipeline within each account to secure consistent growth
• Monitor customer strategies, market trends and the competitive landscape to uncover white‑space opportunities
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly ambitious, commercially driven account professional with a strong growth mindset.
You are motivated by expanding strategic customer relationships, creating new demand and closing complex, multi‑service deals. You understand consultative enterprise sales and know how to translate customer strategy into tangible business outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Proven experience in Strategic or Key Account Management within IT services, consulting, data, cloud or similar environments
• A strong track record of delivering organic growth within large enterprise accounts
• Experience selling complex, consultative and multi‑service solutions
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to build and close business cases
• Confidence engaging with C‑level and senior stakeholders in complex organizations
• A solid understanding of data‑driven transformation, integration landscapes and modern data platforms
• Experience working with structured sales processes and CRM tools
• Fluency in English and Swedish is required

To qualify, you must reside in Sweden and have a valid work permit.
