About the Role

As a Delivery Director, you will lead and develop Epical’s consulting workforce through strong people management, leadership development, and operational excellence. You’ll coach and empower our Team Managers across Sweden and Finland, ensuring leadership principles are consistently applied and our consultants have the environment where they can thrive. Your mission is to maintain high engagement, well-being, and performance while aligning with strategic business goals.

This is a role for someone who loves building leadership culture, driving operational excellence, and creating an environment where people feel safe, included, and inspired.

You will report directly to Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), who is a part of Epical’s top management, and work in close partnership with People & Culture, Business Operations, and Talent Acquisition. Together, you will ensure that Epical’s growth ambitions are achieved through strong leadership, operational precision, and a people-first approach.

This role involves occasional travel within the Nordic region, primarily to visit our various locations and meet with direct reports, clients, and peers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Epical’s Team Managers across Sweden and Finland, fostering a high-performing leadership culture.

• Drive consultant engagement, well-being, and inclusion through structured leadership practices and pulse surveys.

• Oversee core delivery processes such as salary reviews, vacation planning, and performance management, ensuring compliance.

• Collaborate with People & Culture, Business Operations, and Talent Acquisition to support growth and Learning & Development initiatives.

• Contribute to organizational strategy through workforce insights, retention planning, and leadership development.

• Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting values and behaviours aligned with Epical’s mission.

• Champion employee well-being, psychological safety, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in consulting or professional services.

• Strong background in people management, organizational development, and operational delivery.

• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.

• Familiarity with HR systems, performance tools, and workforce analytics.

• Relevant technical or business education.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Swedish or Finnish is required.
