What the role is all about
This is not just another sales role. As our Business Development Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our business growth. Your mission is to identify and build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and match them with the right solutions from our wide range of consulting services.
You’ll collaborate closely with our delivery and consultant management teams to ensure we always deliver what we promise- and more. You'll be the trusted advisor and the connector, creating long-term partnerships that matter.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new client opportunities in target industries
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers
- Drive the full sales cycle- from first contact to signed contract
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape the best solutions for our clients
- Represent Epical at client meetings and networking events
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who thrives on creating new opportunities and knows how to navigate modern B2B sales. You’re a strategic Business Development Executive, someone who knows how to open doors and build trust.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally
- A background in IT consulting sales and long consultative sales cycles
- A relevant academic degree and tech fluency- especially around Microsoft or IBM ecosystems
- Ability to think analytically and understand the market trends
- Experience working with CRM tools
- A professional network that you know how to activate
- Fluency in English is required. Swedish and/or Finnish are a big plus
